Rhabdomyomas are benign cardiac tumors of incidental diagnosis. This case involves an 18-hour-old female newborn, born by cesarean section at 37 weeks of a twin pregnancy. The physical examination showed dyspnea and desaturation in both upper limbs, in addition to a mitral murmur of intensity II/VI. The Doppler echocardiogram revealed homogeneous tumor masses in the right atrium and right and left ventricles, without obstruction of the outflow tract, leading to the diagnosis of rhabdomyoma without evidence of tuberous sclerosis. It was decided to perform follow-up every three months due to the tendency towards spontaneous regression.
